Grant Morrison joined The CPI Group’s executive team as vice president of business development, and Stephen Glen was named lead architect for the Denver-based company that provides comprehensive program and project management services for healthcare and high-tech facilities facing complex expansion or relocation projects.

“With Grant leading efforts to cultivate relationships with new clients, we will be well-positioned to sustain the 90% jump in revenue we saw in 2011,” said Eric Wilson, president and CEO for The CPI Group. “Stephen worked as a contractor on several of our projects last year and are pleased to add him to our team in a full-time capacity. Our clients will appreciate his ability to offer innovative solutions to their unique needs and designs.”

Grant is responsible for marketing and business development. He directs the company's strategic and business planning efforts and implements the company’s marketing strategy, programs and systems on a national level. Before joining The CPI Group, he served as vice president of business development for Cooper Medical and was director of business development for Erdman Company. He also held previous positions as sales consultant for Sy.Med Development and regional sales manager for Clinix Medical Information Services.

Stephen’s responsibilities encompass the full range of architectural services, including project management and planning, design and documentation, as well as oversight of junior design staff. He brings more than 20 years experience working with institutional, private and public sector clients, with specialized expertise in the planning and design of commercial, medical, laboratory and high-tech projects.
