The project had a working equipment list projected at $86M and an equipment budget of $55M. It was CPI Group’s responsibility to lead the contract negotiation efforts in aligning the equipment costs with the project budget without compromising the planning efforts or level of services offered by the new facility.
Richmond, IndianaReid Hospital & Health Care Services oversaw the construction of a total medical center replacement program consisting of the hospital, a JV ambulatory surgery center and a medical office building. The three year construction schedule concluded with the first hospital patient being seen on September 10, 2008.
Bismarck, North DakotaCPI Group is the master planner and program manager for St. Alexius Medical Center and the Prime Care Health Network of North Dakota. We provide planning and design leadership for all aspects of the campus development and its health service partners.
We have designed and implemented a number of highly technical specialty areas including the Cardio Vascular Center of Excellence. We provided master planning for its Heart Program and provided subsequent design and expansion of its single cath lab to the current five suite Heart and Vascular Center of Excellence.
Sioux Falls, South DakotaThe $40M grant by Denny Sanford facilitated the development of the comprehensive pediatric care hospital known as “The Castle.” Careful attention was given to every aspect of the child’s experience beginning with the Camelot imagery from the parking lot and the arrival into the “Great Hall” entry way, to the detailed murals and paintings on the technical equipment that soften the ambience of the treatment environment. The healing journey imagery permeates all aspects of the total patient care approach making special accommodation for family participation throughout. The Castle saw its first patient in March 2009.
Boulder, ColoradoBoulder Community Hospital expanded its operations into east Boulder with the addition of the Foothills Hospital. As part of that campus, Integrated was asked to serve as the design-build contractor for a new medical office building adjacent to the main hospital. This two-floor facility was purposely designed to house two different medical groups – a family medicine practice and a gastroenterology practice.
