Equipment Management

The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs has been operating numerous specialized VA clinics throughout the greater Las Vegas area without a dedicated hospital to serve veterans. These disparate clinics are being consolidated and reorganized into a state-of-the-art health care facility in northern Las Vegas into and four regionally placed Community Based Outpatient Clinics. Also, as part of the consolidation, the new hospital will assume the inpatient bed responsibility for personnel currently admitted at Nellis Air Force Base.

CPI Group is assisting the VA project team with activation coordination and database development for the comprehensive information management of all furniture, fixtures and medical equipment including IT, food service, interiors, artwork, communications, medical equipment (both fixed and moveable), furniture, business equipment, and start-up supplies. We are also working with the VA on development of the budgetary reporting standards as required by Congress.
