Our team of designers and architects can assist Owner’s with concept development using rapid 3D modeling allowing immediate feedback. Building on approved concepts, CPI can either complete the full design package production or work with other firms to produce the construction documents.
In either case, we draw on our Total Program Management philosophy to ensure the design fits within the larger lifecycle requirements of the project which often includes final delivery of BIM as-builts.
