Karl Kilgore AIA - Manager
Mr. Kilgore brings to each client the benefit and wisdom gained through more than 30 years of experience focused exclusively on the health care industry. He has extensive experience as a healthcare architect, design specialist consultant, and as the owner's representative. His primary responsibilities are for programming, feasibility studies, master planning, facility design, functional planning, equipment planning and project development.
Mr. Kilgore is a licensed Architect with NCARB registration and current licenses in Arizona , California , Colorado and Texas . Some of the health care clients he served as the Senior Health Specialist for Anderson DeBartolo Pan, Inc. include Health Dimensions, Intermountain Health Care, Mayo Clinic/Scottsdale, Kaiser Permanente, The U.S. Surgeon General's Office, Veterans Affairs, Palomar/Pomerado District Hospitals, and Catholic Health West. His broad based responsibilities included Project Directorship for the FEMA funded Watsonville , California Community Hospital Replacement Facility and the Hillcrest Medical Mall in Tulsa , Oklahoma . He leads teams in programming, master planning and equipment planning as well as independent third party plan reviews and facility deficit assessments.
Mitch Christ -Manager
Mr. Christ is a seasoned project manager experienced in all phases of engineering and construction project management, with 30 years of progressively higher levels of responsibility with facility design, engineering, construction, and operations. He has special expertise in managing the design and construction of complex projects like process plants, hospitals, and semiconductor manufacturing facilities with sub-micron cleanrooms. He has successfully planned and managed mission critical facility moves and directed operational transitions in 24 X 7 facilities. Mr. Christ possesses a strong background in the development and implementation of project control systems and application of new project management technologies.
Eric Wilson – Senior Technology Manager / Project Manager
Mr. Wilson is a multifaceted engineer experienced in many aspects of design, construction, and project management with an emphasis on technology solutions for the health care, high tech manufacturing, and facilities industries. His grasp of engineering problem solving techniques and understanding of sound business practices combine into a highly complementary skill set to effectively meet the unique challenges of complex projects in demanding environments. He is an accomplished database developer with experience in data structuring, form development and reporting strategies. Mr. Wilson is uniquely qualified to apply IT solutions to the practice of construction and facilities management.
Matt Gibbs – Equipment Planner / Project Manager
Mr. Gibbs manages and develops our equipment planning services. He is committed to a very “hands on” and comprehensive approach that looks at equipment planning from the perspective of the clinician, administrator, architect, engineer, and contractor. This approach allows the team to focus on their specialty without having to spend excessive time reading equipment data sheets and meeting with sales representatives. Mr. Gibbs's experience as a medical OEM project manager provides insite into the actual cost of equipment and how to negotiate to achieve exceptional pricing. This combination of services cuts cost out of projects by providing proactive planning and creative negotiation.
Greg Robbins – Equipment Planner / Project Manager
Mr. Robbins manages and develops equipment planning and procurement services. He has a strong customer service ethic and is dedicated to customer satisfaction in all aspects of his work. He has extensive experience in equipment planning to support his architect, engineer and vendor relations. These attributes allow him to coordinate the necessary project information with the client team without their having to spend excessive time on program and project details.
Martin Jenkins – Construction Coordination Manager
Mr. Jenkins is proficient in providing services in owner's representation, construction management, change order reviews, payment application reviews, and construction claims analysis developed from 20 years of construction experience. Possesses a diverse field background as a laborer, equipment operator and mechanic, superintendent, field engineer and construction manager. Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines Golden, Colorado, and is an active member in the American Construction Inspectors Association and the Association of Construction Inspectors.
Jackie Smalley – Document Control and Asset Manager
Ms. Smalley is a senior document control manager with more than fifteen years of experience in receiving, processing, organizing, filing, and archiving architectural/engineering/construction and customer service documentation. She has an extensive background in procurement and contracting documents as well as budget tracking. Her assignments have included private sector and public sector projects. Ms. Smalley has strong organizational skills and excellent people skills.
