Equipment Procurement Services:
Work with department managers and the purchasing department to provide the most advantageous bidding environment through discount negotiation and group packaging for volume purchase execution.

Architectural / Engineering / Construction Interface:
Work as an integral part of the A/E/C design and build team to insure a seamless design approach and a coordinated design solution that greatly reduces construction issues.

Move – in coordination:
Programming and planning tools are specifically developed to insure an efficient relocation and activation of the new facility or department.

Transition Planning:
Systematic scheduling and execution of the movement of departments and services from existing areas to the newly commissioned spaces with minimum disruption to patient care and softened impact on hospital personnel.
