Karl has nearly 40 years of experience focused exclusively within the health care design industry. He has extensive experience as a healthcare architect, design specialist consultant, and as the owner’s representative. His primary responsibilities with The CPI Group are for project feasibility studies, programming, master planning, functional planning, equipment planning, and project development. He is a licensed architect with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, is accredited in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and has current licenses in Arizona, California, Colorado, North Dakota, and Texas.

Prior to joining The CPI Group, Karl first worked in Houston with CRS Architects, then in Arizona and California with ADP Architects.
