Position Requirements:

Must have experience as a Construction Project Manager with experience in the markets listed above.

Only commercial or industrial experience (not residential) will be considered

Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to confidently interact with both internal and external customers, as well as architects, engineers, and contractors
-
Must have 5 years of experience in the industry with 3 of those years spent as a Project Manager running a construction project
-
Client requirements include background check, drug screening, and for certain clients who manufacture highly sensitive materials under US Government contracts, may require the applicant to be a US Citizen.

Cleanroom, lab, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and process piping knowledge is desired

OSHA 10 or 30 completed

In-hire base salary range for PM/Sr PM of- $97,000.00 - $169,000.00 per year
